Brad Phelps elected to serve as USTA Arkansas President

United States Tennis Association (USTA) Arkansas announces Brad Phelps, of Little Rock, has been elected to serve as USTA Arkansas Board of Directors President for the 2019-2020 term.

Phelps has served on the USTA Arkansas board since 2015.  He first served as Secretary, and has served the past two years as First Vice President.

“I am very excited to serve in this role and I look forward to helping the USTA Arkansas team grow the game of tennis by making the game available to all who want to play” stated Phelps, who began playing tennis when he was six years old.

Phelps currently serves as the General Counsel for the Arkansas State University System in Little Rock. Phelps is a 2001 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Hendrix College in 1998. He was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
