USTA Arkansas is pleased to announce that it has awarded the bid for the 2018 USTA Mixed/Interim State Championships to Visit Bentonville and the Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department. The championships will be held September 7-9, 2018, at facilities in Benton County.
Over 400 players from almost 50 teams will compete in the annual league tournament. Players of all levels and ages from across the state will represent their respective areas in the pursuit of a state championship. Winners of the mixed doubles divisions will represent Arkansas in the USTA Southern Mixed Doubles Sectional Championships during the weekend of October 12-15, 2018. The Sectional Championship will be hosted by USTA Arkansas this year and will be played in North Little Rock and Little Rock.
USTA Arkansas is the state affiliate for the United States Tennis Association and is a member of the USTA Southern Section. It has a statewide membership of almost 7,000 and its mission is to promote the growth of tennis in Arkansas.
