USTA League Spring Team Tennis
Registration for 18 & Over, 40 & Over and 55 & Over will open on November 30th.
18 & Over levels are 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4,0, 5.0 and Open 5.0
40 & Over levels are 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and Open 4.5
55 & Over levels are 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 9.0
We will offer free captain registration from November 30th to December 7th. During this time period captains only (1 person) can register for free (Still pay $3 TennisLink fee). All other players can register starting on December 8th.
State Tournament dates are TBD. Once these dates are finalized, we will publish all timelines on www.arktennis.com.
Major USTA League Regulation Changes for 2021
In 2021, the " " levels for the Adult 18 & Over and Adult 40 & Over are going away. Instead, USTA levels will be 2.5-5.0 for Adult 18 & Over and 3.0-4.5 for Adult 40 & Over. In addition, USTA Southern will offer an "Open" level for both the Adult 18 & Over and 40 & Over levels with an advancement pathway to the State and Southern championships, and National Invitational.
Minimum NTRP rating for the Adult 18 & Over "Open" level will be 5.0 and higher, and the minimum NTRP rating for the Adult 40 & Over "Open" level will be 4.5 and higher. For 2021 only, “Open” level state teams with no local or state play may advance directly to the Southern League Championships.
