Welcome to the online home for USTA Arkansas! The Arkansas Tennis Association is a non-profit organization serving the Arkansas tennis community for over 40 years. The ATA is run by a Board of Directors and numerous committees. We have 2 part-time and 6 full-time staff members.  USTA Arkansas is one of nine states in the USTA’s Southern Section. The Southern Section is one of seventeen sections comprising the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Founded in 1881, the USTA is the national governing body for the sport of tennis in this country. In addition to owning the U.S. Open and selecting members of the U.S. Davis Cup, Fed Cup, Olympic and Paralympic teams, the USTA administers a variety of programs nationwide for players of all ages and ability levels.
